In truth nearly, all people photography could be classed as portrait, Myself I class portrait photography as a deliberately taken image aimed at capturing a moment in the subject life, general this would be for personal use, memories, records and sharing rather the for business related use such as modelling or corporate photography. - Individual Portrait Photography can be classed as photos of an individual either in a traditional, formal or relaxed sitting.
- Family or Group Portrait Photography can be classed as photos of 2 or more persons, generally a small group, either in a traditional, formal or relaxed sitting.
